Half size when folded !!

User-friendly new mats are half size when folded. Smaller folded size makes mat more portable: for trips to a class, or to fit inside a bag. The surface of mat is made of flexible olefin resin / long-chain polymeric material produced by the chain reaction of olefinic monomers - such as polyethylene from ethylene, or polypropylene from propylene /, having a layer of durable hard olefin underneath.

The A3 sized FCM-A3 features nonslip backing for cutting stability. Easy-to-read numbers and yellow inch grid are designed for quilt/patchwork applications such as easy measuring and accurate cutting of straight lines and precise angles. Curved joint is designed to piece together closely to prevent blades from cutting in the joint gap.

Not everybody has a large designated cutting/sewing room. FCM is perfect for quilters, or students with smaller living space, or a temporary space. Unfold and set up the mat only when needed.
