The PK-1 knife is a tool specifically designed for the easy opening of sealed packages, such as vacuum-sealed food products. The plastic handle features a V-shape with a small triangular stainless steel blade situated at the end of one arm. By squeezing the arms of the tool, the blade pushes into the package's edge and pulls it open. The knife cuts in both directions, making it comfortable for both left- and right-handed users. The aperture in the handle enables you to affix a lanyard/string to suspend the tool around your neck.
